Each prospective student will need to schedule an Educational Success Consultation.  This part of the Enrollment Process offers HSRCS and you the opportunity to review your student(s) strengths and weaknesses.

The Consultation is approximately 30 minutes and covers topics with which the student(s) should be familiar.

Children must be five years of age as of September 1 of that year.

Yes, all of our classes begin at 8am and the day ends at 3:05pm.

Yes, we are a Catholic School that follows Catholic Doctrine and we teach religion as a core class. We also attend a school-wide mass once a week.

Application Process

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $65 must be submitted with each application.

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Should you desire more information than is available on our website, please Request More Information and our Admissions Office will contact you.

If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.

We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Amy Guettler at 256-881-4852.
